Consumed is an online store where you can purchase designer goods for a great price. Started as a passion project we quickly developed lots of loyal customers around the world. We specialize on a luxury designer brands like Rick Owens, Maison Margiela, Raf Simons, Prada, Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Gucci, The Row and more. However, list of our brands is constantly growing!

We truly believe that even luxury brands can be affordable. Our mission is to offer the best price for the items you would normally buy at the boutique for a full price. All of our product are sourced from reliable suppliers, so all the items we sell are 100% authentic. We want to make our customers happy and make them return to our store again and again. We offer unique customer experience where detailed photos, measurements, fitted pictures can be provided.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not offer return or exchange. If you have any issues with the item - please contact us!

Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping, however some exception may apply.

For international purchases we offer negotiated rates from our shipping partners UPS/DHL. Once your order placed, you will receive a confirmation email, as well as shipping confirmation with tracking number when your order is dispatched. Consumed Shop is not responsible for any duties and fees that may occur.

Oversized items

In some cases when oversized item is ordered, additional shipping charges may apply. In these case, customer will be notified via email and asked to pay additional shipping and handling charges.

Pre-Order

Some items are available for pre-order. We require 20% deposit for the item. Deposit is not refundable. As we order the item specifically for you. Some of the bags and rare items will require full payment before we can order it for you!

Our team will dispatch your order within 48hrs of purchase, if we are not able to fulfill some items within this time frame, you will be notified by email. Although we try our best to ensure packages are delivered in a timely manner, shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Once a package is shipped we have no control over how long it will take to arrive.

All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be resolved with shipping company directly.
